Their organization, teamwork and workmanship is second to none. From start to finish, (right up to leaving an immaculate yard), it is obvious the consumer comes first. We had a roof, siding and gutters done. The professionals who came to perform all three tasks worked quickly, efficiently and answered any questions or concerns. The products that we chose were more than what you would pay at the big box stores but after doing research we knew that they would be long lasting and unlike the other places, they don't prorate your warranty if there's a problem. From the salesperson to office staff and installers, Great job Masters. Our home looks fantastic!

Had my roof replaced by masters last year and have had them out 5 times to make repairs. Every time I ask to speak to someone other than the tech they send out i get nothing! When I am told I will receive a call I need to call back a few days later to remind them or I get nothing. Was told by the salesman that my decking seemed fine and that my 3/8” decking would be fine if new 1/2” decking needed to be put on in some places. Well turns out I was then told the day of install that no all the decking needs to be replaced! Verified with the salesman that the techs who come out to install my roof were indeed employees of Masters and not a third party contractor because I had heard about companies doing that, he assured me I would see a masters truck. I saw a masters truck but it was the site foreman who visits multiple sites a day! What I got was 3-4 people in a blank white work van with no signs on it and workers with no masters uniforms or anything indicating they worked for masters!!!! So almost $13,000 later I had a what I thought was new roof. I would have been fine with the added cost for the decking if the roof was good for a few months at a time!!!! I’ve had multiple repairs to my roof and I have not been able to get any answers as to why my roof which is just a year old has had so many issues the tech even told me that where he made the repair the shingles should have had multiple nails per shingle but were held down with 2 nails!!!! I have no trust in my roof and if I can’t get through to someone I will definitely hire a lawyer who can! $13,000 for a roof that I don’t know was installed correctly!

The estimator was very thorough, professional and informative. The guarantee is amazing and the workmanship backs it up. They postponed just one day from the scheduled work day due to rain, which is important for roof work. They got the whole roof done in one day and cleaned up all the debris. The roof looks great.

Great Experience! Master's did a great job, my new bathroom looks great!! Not only did I get a beautiful bathroom, but the communication with the company was more than enough. I had made several calls with minor questions and was able to speak with management and my sales person. This made the process so much easier for me. Can you believe that the install date was under a month? I never expected company to be able to do that (Wow, 1 month?). Most of the companies I talked to told me that the earliest they would be able to get the job done was between 8 and 10 weeks. I realize that the logistics involved in material ordering and management of the existing work schedule make it difficult to accomplish completing a job this quickly, but masters did it! I would have been more than satisfied if Masters was able to complete the job within 8 weeks, to be completely honest! In any event, I can not be happier!! I will be calling Masters again in the fall.(My window are in need of replacement) I would recommend this company to anyone!!
