*** If you are looking for a roofing company with integrity, who does quality work for a fair price this is the one! *** As a first time home owner and not knowing anything about roofing I was very nervous shopping for a new roof. After many different quotes I became even more nervous because the prices were all over the board (for the same roof) and I was left feeling after each quote a bit uneasy, not confident that the work would be quality. And then I called Rheam's Roofing & Remodeling. What a breath of fresh air! Seath Rheam was very professional & personable. He went over the options for a new roof thoroughly and took his time answering every question I had with detail, understanding that I knew nothing about roofing. At the end of his visit he gave me helpful information & tips on shopping for a roof company. Even if I had not hired his company for the job, he wanted to be sure that I had the knowledge to hire one that would take care of me and be a good choice. At that point I knew I was not going to need to continue my search & his company would be who installed my new roof. The crew showed up the day of install with great professionalism and were very courteous. I expected to have to clean up some mess after the work and to my surprise there was nothing to pick up because they had done so before leaving. They did a great job & the roof looks awesome. Seth checked in on the crew during the job and inspected their work after the job. Because I live in a townhome and neighbors on each side of me have since installed a new roof I have had to call Seth to ask if he could stop by to inspect the roof to be sure the integrity of mine was not compromised. He did so with no hesitation. He has always returned my calls timely and is one of the most friendly & honest home contractors you will meet. And for all of this I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new roof or repair. They are truly the best!

Had a roof leaking into attic and with all the rain it started coming into the house. That’s when I called Rheams Roofing and Seth came right out and located the problem. They can back to cover cap/ridge vent area until weather broke and repair could be made . Had everything needed when repair(s) were done. Very conscientious work crew and am very pleased with the quality of work, communication and how quickly they help me out. Had them come back to remove wet insulation and add additional insulation to the whole attic. Again very hard workers and job was completed quickly. Very pleased with the work ethic from this company.
