Paid them $200 to just get an estimate and they came out and told me I needed a new roof. Said it was “at the end of its useful life”. Got another person out there for free (as it should be) to take a look and quoted me 5k for a patch job. It’s held up and done the job. The estimate Josowitz gave me was short, not detailed, did not outline any numbers for parts, etc. Literally just 1 paragraph blob with a big number at the bottom. When I followed up with them asking for more information, they spewed the same garbage. Don’t let these clowns take your money.

Josowitz Roofing is an excellent company. I have used their services for many years. They are not cheap but the do the job right and everyone on the crew is very professional.
