We researched a lot of companies and they had one of the best reputations, including certifications from the manufacturers which is why we chose them. They were very professional, and did a great job communicating throughout the whole process. They also sent real time pictures of any items that required changes so that we were comfortable with what was being done. I would highly recommend

I just had my roof and gutters replaced by Certitude Home Improvements. I cannot say enough about their work. The team that came on site was incredibly professional. In particular, the two project managers were very responsive and friendly. I would happily recommend their services.

The work that I had to have done was a hard pill to swallow. STUCCO! I got about 5 other estimates. I made a spread sheet of costs and products each contractor used so I could compare apples to apples. Certitude was not the lowest but they were no where near the highest. I contacted some names from the reference list and all were positive. What impressed me were the following- 1. Ed Wuchter , owner/salesperson knew his stuff; the problem, the materials, the most efficient and cost effective way to remedy the problem 2. Communication with project manager throughout the job was excellent. Sometimes there were glitches but his transparency made it much easier to rectify. 3. The work crew were skilled, extremely hard working, professional and courteous. If I had to do it all over again I would without a doubt go with Certitude. Both supervisors, Darren and Carlos answered all my questions very professionally especially if there was a minor issue I did not understand. Any issues were were addressed promptly and taken care of. I really liked the way they they were prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I can recommend Certitude for any roofing, windows, and gutters. After talking to several roofers, we decided to use Centitude for our new roof because of the good reviews on the web and also the high standard of the materials and workmanship they promised. We are very pleased with the result, our new roof looks beautiful and the communication throughout the whole process was very good, these guys were very responsive and they were just great to deal with. It only took them 2 days to complete the work and nothing around the house was broken except couple screens as they did a good job protecting everything. They fixed the screens for us and came back several times to check to make sure no broken screens was missed. We highly recommend this company if you are looking for great service and high quality result.
