I used Jim Miller Roofing to replace a 25 year old (very large) roof in my Wynnewood home. I have to say that I have never worked with a more professional, hardworking, clean, organized and efficient team. They came when they promised, worked hard, cleaned up and did a superior job. It looks brilliant and was a done at a highly competitive price. I added gutter guards at the end of the job, and that price was fair too. I wish all contractors were like this!

Jim Miller replaced our roof in 100 degree weather in the summer of 2016 and we couldn't have been happier. After three years we started to notice a minor leak where a repair had been done on the old roof by a different contractor. I thought they might have accidentally undone that repair. Also, we started to see slight leaks from a skylight. I called Jim and he said he would have his service manager get right back to me. I asked him to wait until after I could recover from chemotherapy I was having the next day. The service manager called on the day I had requested and scheduled a service call a couple of weeks later. Don and Nate came out right on time and quickly found the source of the leaks. The previous repair might not have been undone, but Don made sure it's sealed now. He also found where water was getting in because a shingle had been placed on top of some flashing when it should have been underneath because it was at the bottom of the flashing. Don found that the seal around the glass in the skylight had deteriorated, so he re-caulked it. That wasn't due to anything Miller roofing had done wrong, so if Jim wants to bill me a reasonable service charge, I wouldn't mind at all. From our initial experience through today's, we are 100% satisfied with all of the work done by Miller roofing and we paid 1/3 as much as our neighbors who had P. J. Fitzpatrick replace a roof a little larger than ours, also in 2016. Theirs might be 30% larger than ours, but nowhere near 3 times as large!

I have relied on Miller roofing for all of my roofing needs in the past and just had a beautiful brand new roof done by them. They are conscientious, professional, extremely timely, and a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend them and their wonderful services.

Price was very reasonable. Roof was completely finished in a day. Siding was done in a follow on day with great results. would recommend to anyone in delaware county looking to get a roof done.

Terribly disappointed. Had a huge leak in a sky light in our master bathroom. The water was rushing in. We called late December and were told they could come out right after the holidays in around a week. In 2 weeks, never heard from them. Called back, was told we get added to a list with no time estimate when we will be called. Called back again when the leak got worse. We were patched through to speak to another employee there and got voicemail. Never got a call back. Today is March 2, 2019. Still no call. We called another company who has already handled the leak in a great manner and made us a priority. The front office is unorganized and horrible with communication. I would not recommend this company based on our experience. We took our $6,000 business elsewhere
