Either this company is out of business or they are ignoring me, again. I have been trying to have a small repair completed on my roof since October 2018. Every once in awhile the owner, Jeff, says he's going to come by, but it never happens. We are still under warranty so he probably just doesn't want to do the work. Such poor business practice.
