Rob was at my house 30 minutes after I called, did a thorough inspection, and assured me that the roof was sound and that I just needed some minor repairs. He even told me that he wouldn't be competitive for that job, and recommended another contractor to make the repairs. I could not be more pleased. This is a man, and a company, that you can trust!

Jeff and his team did a great job for us. They competed a complex roofing job in 1 day. The employees were respectful of the property and the house. After they cleaned up the yard, it was cleaner than when they arrived. A special shout out to Jeff for his diligence and patience as we determined which company to go with. My first experience with installing a new roof and it could not have been better. This company knows what they are doing. My consultant , Jeff, was extremely experienced and quick to respond if I had any questions via text (which was very convenient). His guidance really helped me find the perfect roof for my home for a great price. The roof was installed in under 7-8 hours. Since the roof installation, we have had a few tornado producing storms with high winds and the roof has held up extremely well. No damage what so ever battling extremely high winds. Storm Guard made getting a new roof easy and pain free. They were very professional from day one. After the job was completed the project supervisor came out to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. He also walked around the property to pick up nails and any other trash that might of been missed. I would use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

My experience with storm guard was definitely a positive one. Jeff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my roof replacement. He spent time helping me chose our new roof, explained everything in simple terms, always answered my calls or returned them in a timely manner, bumped my installation to an earlier date as we had some interior leakage from the old roof, advocated on our behalf with the adjuster, assisted me in registering my warranties, and is working on getting me a free pack of extra roofing shingles Incase someday down the road some may blow off; as this can happen with any new roof if high winds are predicted. I can not express the attention to detail and the positive customer service I received. Jeff and James are two of the most patient and polite men I have ever met and customer service is at the top of their priorities. 99.9 percent of my dealings with this company were with Jeff and I would like the owner of this company know what a huge asset Jeff is to his company. And honestly, because Jeff made us feel so at ease during our initial contact, is the main reason we chose Storm Guard for our roof replacement. And to top it all off, my new roof is absolutely beautiful, because Jeff helped me chose the shingle color, he definitely has a good eye for this.
