I had 5 windows replaced in 2010. 3 of those windows have a broken seal The windows have a lifetime warranty however there's a labor charge to have the work done. The company refuses to give me an estimate of the charges. I've emailed multiple times. I know it will cost $105 per man hour and travel time. What I don't know is how many man hours will it take to complete the job. It's outrageous that this company can't be straightforward with costs
