DOES NOT HONOR CERTIFICATION LETTER!!!! I bought a house in Aug 2016 and had a letter of certification for the roof dated from the owner Joseph Brown July 2016 for a 1 year period. I had a leak in a bedroom in Jan 2017. In a very long telephone conversation he told me about negative experiences he had with the previous owner. I felt bad for him but that did not involve me in any way and we needed to move on. He forgot about the appointment and came 2 hours after I called him to remind him that he didn't show up. When he did he was very nasty. He refused to eval/fix the roof and could not explain to me the difference between a warranty and a letter of certification for a 1 year (except that his lawyer told him to write it that way...lawyer???). Long story short...rude, no customer service skills, unprofessional, apparently gave a certification for the roof but would not honor it and overall a very bad experience. Me and my family and friends will never consider using him.
