Easy upfront and honest estimate and salesman! Quality of installation was excellent! Would recommend and will return to Legacy with our next set of windows to upgrade!

Horrible with communication- had them do our full and half bath - no one knew anything about the wainscoting that was all over the contracts, so measurements were off specifically for the powder room - that was really rushed through with many mistakes - and of course we had to paint. Took them from December thru April to complete job, we were told my Eric (who was fired at some point) and Jason that we wouldn't want workers pulled of our job, but they were, I have a feeling they don't have enough people and take on too many jobs - I had to get to the pointo screaming, anxiety attacks and anger to even get Jason to respond to me. And now it's June, and they have to come back for water damage in the upstairs and powder room - would definitely not recommend.

Contacted Legacy to do a siding job for me. Very happy with everything about the job. They called me within minutes of submitting my online contact request. Kurt the sales rep was very professional and quick - showed me every option, didn't push me to buy that day, very happy to work with me. Bill my contact for the job was also great. At the end of the job I noticed a small detail I wanted done differently (a gutter pipe changed around). I called Bill and he had the guys out the next day to get it done right there, and he didn't charge me until I confirmed I was fully happy with the job. All-in-all, I am extremely satisfied with the job, everything looks great, and they cleaned up everything nicely. I will certainly be contacting Legacy in the future when I need additional improvements done.
