Exceptional work at very reasonable prices. If you want your job done right, hire them. Remember that if you find someone to do work a little cheaper, you get what you pay for. You won't be sorry with the end results. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants quality work done to your satisfaction. We've had them replace ALL our windows and 2 patio doors, three toilets, a tub/shower, all bathroom exhaust fans, install a tile floor, and a few other random things. Everything looks amazing and not like replacements. Every last detail was custom finished perfectly. We couldn't be happier with their work.

I have had KD Rosengrant replace my roof and finish off part of my basement to make it a living space and they have done fantastic work at a very good price. They were able to replace all the shingles in one day. When they were finished John actually went through my yard with a magnetized stick to pick up any nails so that my dog wouldn't step on them. Both John and Betsy are class acts and do the job right.

Our master bath renovation was top notch! Great workmanship and professionalism. We can't wait to renovate more rooms with them! Highly recommend K D Rosengrant!
