Keep calling for roof repair and no one answers! Very upsetting ... not even a voice mail to leave a message.

I was impressed with the reviews of good workmanship & service so I called this business requesting a call back in order to get an estimate for roof work. Over a two week period I left three separate messages asking for a call back in order to get an estimate, but no one ever returned any of my calls. Very disappointing. I guess I'll have to give my business to another company.

Coming from the construction business, it is a pleasure to find a contractor who makes commitments and keeps them! The estimate and proposal packages were more thorough than the large retail houses. Bottom line you showed up and completed the job as promised! I rarely recommend a contractor but would be proud to recommend JH Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

Started calling in late February, 2016 to coordinate small repairs on a roof they installed. Was looking for an estimate, not for free work. Repeated calls and months passed, with no activity. You have to get lucky and have them pick up the phone, since the return calls are elusive. Finally, got an email in April from the owner asking for a few more details. Now it's June, and no one ever showed up.
