Home addition was done 20 yrs. ago. - Patio door did not have flashing around it...wood rotted underneath the door. - Large window is being replaced and found wet, rotten wood. - Window cranks are breaking. -Roof over new bathroom leaked and had to be replaced. These are the major workmanship issues. Not pleased!!!
