Nice guys who came to our property for an evaluation and delivered an estimate in a timely and professional fashion. Their bid was higher than we wished to pay, however. We opted for another contractor who delivered an exceptional product at a better price.

I would recommend Loonstyn Roofing to anyone in the area looking for a new roof. They did our our row home in South Philly on the 1500 block of Wharton Street. I priced three (3) contractors. Frank was the only one to show up early (and on the correct day) to give me the quote. He was fully available by phone and email for my questions about the quote. The pricing, responsiveness and punctuality sealed the deal, so I selected him to do the work. They came on the day they said they would and finished early. After the work was done, he still answered questions I had. They also used a drone to take photographs of the roof following the work.
