KPI2 Recently replaced the roofs on five of our buildings. The entire experience was a positive one. The job was done and completed in a prompt and workmen like manner, the supervisors were excellent and worked with our homeowners to ensure a smooth job. From the Briana and the office staff to Wayne and Mike our Supervisors to Matt who sold us the job and John the owner, we could not have been treated better. They were always accessible to us and kept a neat and clean job site. We look forward to working with them in future.
After a competitive bidding and interviewing process, our association hired KPI2 to remove and replace ninety balconies in our community. We found that KPI2 worked well with our engineering company and was generally easy to work with and quick to respond to any issues that needed adjustment. They interfaced with property management, board members, and engineering and township inspectors to ensure that the balconies are well constructed and up to code. After this project, we awarded two other contracts to them – to replace twenty sets of outside stairways and fifty sets of portico posts at our fifteen buildings. We continue to be happy with their work and service and will consider them for additional projects as needed in the future.
After needing our siding, windows and front entry door replaced I started to do my research. I came across KPI 2 and added them to my list of options. Bryan was over in no time to look at our house and address all of our needs. Within a few days we had our quote which was by far the best for what they offer than the 3 others I inquired with. After making our decision to work with KPI2 the rest is history. The crew that came to do our siding was great. We have had the pleasure of working with this company and would highly recommend to anyone looking to make some improvements to their home.
over priced. poor workmanship and substandard materials used. I was charged $2500.00 for 5x10 deck. They were contracted by Village Shires. We were told after the contract was given. This is at least twice what should have been charged. The workmanship was poor and they used inferior materials. The deck posts are split. They are unwilling to resolve issue. They stated that all pressure treated wood splits and all of the decks they install have the same issue. I've been doing construction for over 30 years and haven't experienced that to be true. I put in 54 posts at my farm about 3 months ago, and none of those split. They indicated to my renter, that they wanted to keep the costs down. Not sure what point they were trying to make. As I stated, the cost was way over what it should have been. I guess they wanted every dollar they could get. I have reported them to the BBB.
They started in the morning and by 4:30 pm they were cleaning up. Ripped off old roof, installed new GAF shingles, replaced four Velux skylights and added a vent stack for the kitchen. Six men did the job and cleaned up beautifully. They showed up as scheduled (weather permitting). Gone through some torrential rains and winds and all is good. Bryan and Beata were great to work with.
