CK Roofing installed a new roof about 8 years ago. The roof now leaks. Calls to the company have not been returned. My next door neighbors replaced their roof at the same time I did. Their roof is fine, yet quotes I'm getting says my roof needs to be replaced. Beware that they install what they say they will. Almost $4000 for a small rowhome roof. Lesson learned.

He is amazing! When our inspection report showed our roof was at the end of its life, we called 4 roofers for estimates. 3 of them never got up on the roof and said we needed it replaced.
