Jeff and his team replaced roofs on my commercial building and my home. A flat system roof and Standing Seam metal roof respectively. They didn’t waste any time getting started and knocked the jobs out quickly. His crews were extremely hard working and courteous, we couldn’t be happier with the results or the experience. I contacted JB Roofing (main office and VIA employee Doug) to get some repair done on my roof after I saw JB repairing a roof in my neighborhood- someone from that job walked over the next day and gave me a quote on the spot. I thought the quote was fair so I scheduled the repair. The scheduled day of the repair came and JB was nowhere to be seen, did not call to re-schedule, and would not respond to phone calls. After many (10+) calls to find out what was going on, JB agreed to come out on a different date/2nd appt. The day of this second appt. came and went with the same results as the first. Yet again, many calls went unanswered until they finally picked up and agreed to come out for a third appt. As you can probably guess, nobody from JB came or called for this third appt. When contacted about this, they said I was "harassing them". I DID NOT HARASS THEM-I WANTED TO BUY SERVICES FROM THEM AND THEY NO-CALL, NO-SHOW'D THREE TIMES IN ROW! AVOID JB ROOFING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Josh fixed my roof issue promptly and efficiently for a great price. He was courteous and got the job done when I needed it done. I would hire him again for roof repairs or replacement.
