Their representative who came out to place an estimate on the work I needed done was grossly unprofessional. Any salesman who thinks throwing a tantrum because a potential client wants time to price match really needs to reconsider their profession. I eventually chose to schedule the work in the middle of January with them as their price was the most reasonable. The garage door was replaced quite satisfactorily. But this was the only item of the three things that I needed done that was accomplished with any measure of professionalism. Their subcontractors have continually ghosted us. The work was supposed to be done in the middle of January. It's February. The work still isn't done. We received no contact from them and attempts to reach the company have led to runarounds. I highly recommend avoiding this company, especially during the winter months. They just don't seem to have even competent help. They get two stars because the garage door is wonderful. The rest? Just terrible.
