A section of roof vent blew off the top of my roof. I called Mr. O'Hanlon. I was pleased that my call was answered and I did not have to leave a message. Mr. O'Hanlon was extremely courteous to speak with and he made arrangements to stop at my house to look at the repair within 3 hours of my call. He estimated what was needed for the repair, went to get the supplies and repaired the roof vent in about two hours from arriving at my location. Mr. O'Hanlon is very friendly and knowledgeable; he explained everything that he was doing to repair the roof. I am very satisfied and plan to call Mr. O'Hanlon when I need to replace the roof.

Excellent customer service, always does what he says he will do, more than reasonable price for materials and labor and I have not had any issues with my skylight he installed or my chimney he re-caulked.
