I want to give a huge shout out to all the people who were involved in this project! From renee at the office for personal and swift responses to all of our questions. to Eric who managed the project almost seamlessly thank you for your great advises and ideas, and to all the workers who treated our home as if it was theirs! I was looking to remodel my condo in Santa Monica while I was away and so I interviewed a few different contractors to find one that I feel comfortable to work with remotely and I felt that progressive builders understood my wishes and have the experience with these kinds of situations and so after drafting a contract that was very clear and fair the project was on it's way to a great start! A wonderful design was drawn up for the kitchen and bathroom and They pulled all the required permits before the work started. When the actual work started I was away and I was informed and kept updated almost daily about the progress via phone/email and even received pictures! They coordinated all the different vendors and fixture deliveries and did a wonderful job installing everything. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you very much!!

love how progressive builders redid my entire house. My house needed a lot of remodeling to do, and I was concerned with how much this would cost and if it would even be possible for us to make it nice. However, when I began working with Progressive Builders, I immediately got the assurance I was looking for as I knew I was in good hands. I called several contractors for my roof replacement. Progressive Builders gave me most acceptable offer, they were available soon and they also seemed to be most professional so I hired them. The installation team came on time, early in the morning and they started work on roof immediately. They were very quick and efficient, finished in scheduled time and the new roof looks perfect. The owner also arrived to check new roof, great company, highly recommended!
