I had a new roof installed two weeks ago, still have roofing equipment in my front yard, which is killing my grass, even after calling numerous times. It took 6 days to remove dumpster, which they knocked out my gutter, and scratched the side of my house, which my boyfriend had to fix. I’m still finding nails, and shingle pieces around the house. Had questions during install, but couldn’t ask, because no one that was here spoke English, and I never saw “project manager”. I chose this company mainly for the finance option, and what seemed to be good reviews. For how much they price gauge you, you would at least expect good service. The representatives on the phone have all been super nice, and professional, but it doesn’t mean anything when all they do is tell you things will be taken care of, then nothing comes to fruition. Couldn’t be more displeased with this company. **EDIT** within several hours of posting this review, I had the project manager, and roofing operation manager show up at my house personally to take care of my concerns, and remove the equipment. It seemed to be a lot of communication issues causing the problems. They were both polite, and helpful. They answered all my questions, took care of everything, and gave me their direct numbers. As displeased as I was, I am extremely grateful, and appreciative that they came out to make things right.

we purchased a sunesta awning from gutter helmet. awning worked fine, except for an issue of tilting from rain which was not their fault , but the person they sent twice, didn't know anything about awnings and didn't fix the problem. I had left remote out for him and it disappeared. when i called , they informed me they no longer serviced the awnings, did not care about the fact that problem wasn't fixed or remote was gone. so i purchased a new remote from another company that services the awning, and it won't connect so now i am faced with a 250$ service call and possible new motor which it never needed. gutter helmet should never have sold awnings because they have not stood by anything. this is not a manufacturer problem. its a service problem and they just don't care. i wouldn't buy ANYTHING from them. Addendum: after this post the owner called and listened and was unaware of the issue, knew just what to do and sent someone.out right away who completely fixed the tilting issue and remote issue. the man who came was knowledgeable and competent. it was handled how it should have been handled in the first place. so if they teach the people who answer the phone to listen, be nice and actually direct concerns to him then i would definitely use them again. as soon as he knew about the problem he handled it.

I just had a young man (Nate S.) from Gutter Helmet finish servicing my elderly parents home. He arrived on time and was very professional explaining what needed to be done and completed the service. You might not think this was a big deal. However compared to the Quality Control Inspector who showed up previous to this visit to service the gutters, it was. During the last visit, the Quality Control Inspector didn't want to do anything to correct the issue. When in fact, there was an issue from the original installation. Nate was quick in his assessment and corrected the issue. I'm not usually one to take the time to highlight service calls good or bad, but I thought this young man's efforts needs to be mentioned. Hopefully, Gutter Helmet will hire more just like him. Great job Nate!

GREAT Gutter Helmet re - install TEAM. EXCELLENT follow up. Prior to my install Gutter Helmet did my Son's home (roof & gutters) and I recommended Gutter Helmet to my neighbor. His roof and Gutter Helmet was installed last year.
