After a contractor came out from our insurance and told us we needed gutters replaced, Total Home came out for a consultation. They told us it was not infact the gutters and saved us $2000. This business is very professional and very highly recommended.

Unbelievable job by total home exteriors, had hail damage and roof was done in one day and not a bush or flower was damaged. All nails were picked up and quality of work was second to none, do yourself a favor and give Tim a call.

I contacted this company to fix a leak above my back door. They fixed my problem in a timely manner for a VERY reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

Owner of the company, Tim Marchbanks, told us he would do the vinyl siding job for $9000, including replacing any rotten wood found. We shook on the deal, and I thought everything was going well... until I received a call upon completion, demanding additional monies ($300). Tim Marchbanks told me that they found additional rot and performed additional work outside of the original deal of replacing any rotten wood found. Never during the project was I ever informed by anyone from The Total Home Exteriors, Inc., that an additional cost would be incurred, or that additional work was in need above and beyond the original agreement; and, never was there an amendment to the original agreed upon price. I expressed my concern with Tim Marchbanks that someone from his company should have let me know in advance that additional work and additional monies would be needed to complete the job, not spring it on me at the completion of the project, expecting me to modify the original agreed upon price. Tim Marchbanks conceded that someone should have informed me of any necessary changes to the original deal, and he became angry in that I would not automatically approve his increased price. He implied that I was, somehow, cheating him and said to me, "if you can live with it, I can live without it," suggesting that if I could live with cheating him out of an additional $300, then he could live without the additional $300! I invited Tim Marchbanks to come out to the jobsite and explain, show me, what additional work was performed, beyond the original agreement of replacing any rotten wood found, that I should consider after the fact that which he had neglected to show me before seeking his change in our agreed upon price. Tim Marchbanks, Bobby Marchbanks, and my father and I met at the jobsite where Tim repeated himself, "if you can live with it, then I can live without it," and that he "didn't know that that is the kind of people we are." Now, he is implying that myself and my father are crooks, trying to cheat him out of $300! When I objected to being called a crook for his own neglect to inform us of any additional costs, Tim Marchbanks called me a "liar" and claimed that I called him the crook during our phone conversation by my questioning his additional costs. I don't know how questioning the costs equates to being call a crook; and, I still don't know how, all of a sudden, I am a "liar," or what exactly I supposedly lied about. As this business experience is quickly ending in a very bad way, we paid the additional costs and sent Tim Marchbanks on his way. The owner of The Total Home Exteriors, Inc., has called his customer "crooks" and a "liar!" That's the thanks we received for doing business with Tim Marchbanks. Apparently... Tim Marchbanks really couldn't "live without it."
