Professional, totally. Sent Certificate of Insurance before even before coming to prepare the estimate. Clearly explained what they thought were the sources of the leaks and told me they could be a little off with how much work may be required. Could not fully know until areas were opened up. Went as expected. To be sure they had the most likely repair strategy another person was brought in to look things over. They made photos and did an excellent job. Showed up when they said they would, everything cleaned up. I strongly recommend their services.
