Chance and his crew are on point. He quoted me on a total roof replacement 3 YEARS ago. A week later our A/C went out. The roof was on hold. Life happens and neither are inexpensive. Present day, I call Chance he holds the price. Unheard of today, In my experience. His crew shows up at exactly 7a.m. And by 2 p.m. they were done. And they even took the time to run a magnet around my yard to pick up the nails. We have a dog so him stepping on a rusty nail was a concern. And best of all the roof looks beautiful. You get what you pay for.

I called to get quote on fixing roof, Chance answered the phone and came out to give a quote. He showed up on time. I had more damage and the plywood of portions of the roof was replaced. James and the crew showed up on time. They were very professional, curteous, answered all questions. They took great care of my yard and surrounding home equipment (a/c, etc). THANK YOU!!!!!!! We recently purchased a home that needed a new roof, the old one was 16 years old. Lowcountry did a complete new roof. The quote was one of the best and after doing our own research we found Lowcountry the one to go with. The GAF material and the warranty is the best on the market. Lowcountry was amazing from beginning to end. Chance explained everything he would use as far as materials and the installation process. His crew was on time 11/18/2016. They also took the old roof off all the way down to the wood and repaired any issues before installing the new materials. They cleaned up every nail and paper from my yard when complete. We can't say enough good things about them. So for our money Lowcountry is the real deal.
