Not a company you want to deal with. Made a mess out of the entire house damage one of the roofs still haven't repaired it.

after getting a few estimates from other companies Jason and Keith from Lenox Roofing came to the house took a video of it from above showed me all of the problems on his iPad so we could see it our selves and gave us a very good price. We were away for the three days that the old roof was removed carted away and the new roof installed cleaned up like they were never here and then followed up with a visit to see if we were happy and we are very happy would highly recommend them

I loved Lennox Roofing because everyone was so nice and helpful. The roof has held up through several storms since installation. It has improved our quality of life and appearance of our home. I would suggest anyone call them for their roofing needs.

I have never ever had such excellent customer service and such nice people to deal with both in the office and with the guys that fixed the roof. I meant the team of Lenox Roofing at the Myrtle Beach Home Show to me they where just a roofing company at that time. They called me to follow-up and set up a appointment I meant Jason. He walked me through the whole process even showed me my roof through video so I could see what they were seeing. We went over the opitions including financing which family of 5 we needed. It only took 15 minutes to get approved even with crappy credit (lol). They were able to get me scheduled quickly which was awesome since the whole roof need redone. That was all just the beginning of an amazing journey. Casey and his group explain there plan and started working answering all questions along the way that I had. The roofing was turning out beautiful and it look amazing the quality of workmanship is what I'm so happy about. They lined up everything exact and made sure everything was laying smoothly. The whole process from start to finish was done so fast and cleaned everything up including use a magnet for all those hidden nails. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for all my needs. We have a beautiful new roof not to mention the peace of mind with the Platinum warranty.
