Doing work now for a friend and already a super job! Met one of the employees and they were very informative and pleasant! These guys give attention to detail as this customer and customers home speaks volume!

Update: The cracks in the top masonry of the chimney have been sealed. We will seal the whole chimney if that doesn't work. A smaller chimney has been capped. My confidence is restored with the 5 stars. I would use them again! *** Update: D. Mason believes the chimney needs a cap and the bricks might need sealing. We will try a new cap first. He has been out of town is why he didn't call me sooner himself. I will continue to post the process of this being resolved, as service is just as important as the roof itself. Any company can install a new roof. The company that gives you good service is the one to use. So far I am pleased with the service of this company after this last conversation...if the chimney leak gets fixed soon!! I'll let you know and restore my five star review if all goes well. *** Update: The chimney is leaking, actually dripping water into the house, with the next rain storm after the new roof. I will update again once it is resolved. I called yesterday and again today. No one has come to fix it yet, but I understand they are busy. Calling for more rain tonight and tomorrow and the next day. *** D K Mason Roofing repaired my roof several times before I decided to have it replaced. They came right away, were honest, and reasonably priced. They installed a new roof for me January 2, 2019. The roofing crew were hard working. They arrived early and started right away, working from sun up to sun down. The roof is beautiful, functional, and reasonably priced. No hidden costs or upsell.

My experience with this company for a new residential roof was not pleasant. I will not list everything but a few issues that can happen to anyone's home. A general practice for roofing companies is to pick up all the roofing nails after a job. DK Mason Roofing packed my gutters full of them. It was so bad that when it rained they would flow out into the frontyard, driveway, and backyard. I could knock on the downpipe and several would come out. I had to get a ladder and collected about 30 myself. I provided a photo of my dropped dish left dangling by the cord when they tore the old roof out. They tried to charge me extra for a rotten board that they missed which was the original board that led me to get a new roof. It took me awhile to end up writing this but I still have the bad taste in my mouth. I hope this helps. Edit: I also added a picture of the nonrenewal letter I received from my insurance company since the roofing company did not handle the claim properly.

Mr Mason replaced my roof with galvanized steel roof and he replaced my windows with argon gas insulated Windows. His work is excellent. I can not imagine hiring any other construction contractor to perform work on my 108 years old home. Mr. Mason is on the job and he gets the job done in a professional, high quality, and highly skilled manner. Thank you again Mr. Mason for 2 jobs well done.
