So far, they have been a fantastic company to deal with. I have a metal roof that was made to look like Spanish tile. It developed a small, one-time leak. Most roofing companies wanted nothing to do with it. CMS sent out an inspector who thought he had an idea where the problem might be. He took photos and documented what he saw. He then they scheduled a water test, and a two man team came out and found the cause for the unique one-time leak. They documented everything with video and photos. Now CMS is looking into finding the closest thing they can to match the existing metal "S" tile piece. They have been extremely professional, timely and I am confident once the tile is replaced the issue will be resolved once and for all. Will update this when the repair is completed. Thus far, I would strongly recommend them.

Had a small problem with a tree limb impaling my roof. Mike sent his estimator out who was extremely professional. We determined severity got it scheduled quick, they called when they were in the way, and made the repairs professionally. What I liked, they took before and after pictures and sent them with the final invoice for remittance. Very professional all around company.

We had another company install hardy plank and they totally messed up our new roof that CMS installed just 5 years ago. We contacted CMS and they came right out, took pictures, showed us what the company messed up and quickly and professionally repaired the roof. I will contact CMS for any of our roofing needs and siding installation! Great and professional service. Thanks CMS

Professional, competent and consistent. Have used them on two occasions. They are reasonable and do exactly what they way they will do... Rare in this day and age...show up on time and complete the job in a timely and efficient manner. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Will use them again should the need arise and recommend them without reservations.
