Jack is the only roofer I will use! He is professional, fair and does an excellent job. He has replaced my personal roof and also the roof on our commercial building. His staff is prompt and attentive. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a roof repair or replacement.

I had a serious leak in our great room with 2-3 year old roof. The company that installed it came out and inspected and said it was due to our gutters. I called Residential Roofing and Jack was there the nest day. Found the problem and repaired it that day. Great service and workmanship. This was a wonderful experience. The Owner came to my house to accomplish the estimate. He was thorough, courteous and professional. The owner came with the crew to do the work. The old roof was removed in a manner that did NOT allow the old material to damage any of the plants around the house. People continuously went around the house to pick up anything that may have fallen on the ground during the process. The quality of the work is first rate. All of the crew worked hard to complete the job in a timely fashion. The job came in very close to the estimate. The area around the house was cleaned up before they left and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the workmanship and quality of the work.
