love this place and their service!

Overall the service was good and Hector seemed to ensure the job was done the right way. However, there was too much carelessness on our job resulting in things being broken. When one of the workers attempted to pull the work truck away from the site cables from our building were somehow still attached. It resulted in cables ripping down from the second story of the building to then be dangling a few feet above the ground. That lack of attention to details is a bit of a red flag, though I understand mistakes happen. Secondly, one of our screens from a window on the second was destroyed by a Rescue Roofer employee as well. The head project leader ensured it would be made right. However, it has been a few months and still no screen. Luckily, we still owe a partial balance and can use that as leverage if need be. Moving forward I'd rather do business with a company that quickly makes right on their mistakes.

Awesome company! The staff & roofing techs are friendly, fast, fair & extremely reliable. I highly recommend them.
