I would love to give ZERO Stars. We bought a house in May and prior to closing, at the advice of our realtor, we used this company to replace the roof on the house we were purchasing. They told us the warranty would be fully transferable to us at closing. We have attempted, both through our realtor and contacting them directly, to get the documentation and information for the warranty but they won't even return our calls or texts. Totally ignored. I guess because there's no quick money in it for them they are not interested anymore. They were all over it when they could see $$ in front of their eyes. Service after the sale is totally nonexistent. We have no clue who to contact to get our warranty. These guys are only concerned with you paying them so they can disappear - NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
