Mike awesome it's hard to find and honest roofer

Rain comes, roof leaks, we start calling roofers. Two roofing companies come out to our house. They do not get up on the roof. From the ground they point out flaws in the circa 1985 roof; out of place tiles, no longer up to code sealing around the pipes, etc. They each make a strong case the roof needs to be redone. They give quotes of $7,000+ I ask my realtor if he knows any honest and excellent roofers. He does and refers me to Mike Glynn. Mike comes out the next day and GOES UP ON THE ROOF and actually INSPECTS it. He advises what repairs are needed and gives a price. I say, "Hell, yeah!"
