The owner, Steve Huffman, made a great first impression over the phone. (And BTW, how often does an owner answer the phone promptly himself instead of letting it go to an employee or some machine? Another company left me on hold forever before they even spoke to me. I chose Steve and I am glad I did.) He understood what we needed done and was kind and honest. We also had a time crunch and he came through with our roof inspection in a timely manner. I almost wish I had more reasons to hire an inspector so I could hire him again - okay, so I never want another inspection in my life but if I ever do I would hire him. 😊 Thanks Steve!
