This has been an exciting afternoon with sales rep, Alex. He loves this product and provided all the information a person would need to know how to make a wise decision in regards to doing business with this company. He went the extra mile to help us make getting new siding a reality and not just a dream. Even let me change my mind with color choice at the end! Thank you. Can't wait to see the finished product. We placed our order for siding on April 6th with a very nice young man Kyle. He was awesome, we would not have ordered it had it not been for him. We were so excited to update our home and the benefits outweighed the cost. However. as of today July 2nd, 2019 we still do not have our new siding! This project is costing a small fortune, literally thousands. Something a private contractor told me he could do for half the price. The scheduling department has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. After several phone calls to the company I was hung up on and lied to saying they would check into and get back to me. No one had ever once called. Left a message for the manager and no response. Sent an email today and within an hour a very nice gentleman called and promised to get the job done this weekend. My faith is very low in the entire company and process at this moment and feel as if we have been scammed. My excitement is long gone and now it is just pure frustration and regret.

Great bunch of people from my first contact with a salesman to the installers and customer service. I would definitely use them again.

We purchased an old house from the early 1900s that really needs new windows. Hanson’s set over Alex to speak with us and he was great! I can’t wait to get this started!

Asked Hansons to send someone to give us an estimate. They sent Alex, who explained everything with enthusiasm and showed us examples of Hansons product. We decided to have them do our windows and can’t wait to get started! Thank you, Alex!!
