Update: 5/2/19: After I posted the below review last night, I was contacted this morning by the original representative I spoke with to call his boss, Wes. I did call Wes as soon as I got the message. We spoke for a few minutes. Wes came to my home within a couple hours. He assessed my roof situation and took care of my immediate problems. I will need further work done in the future and I will contact Wes! As soon as he knew there was a problem, he did everything in his power to make it right. I've changed my 1 star to a 5 star! Posted 5/1/19: I called this company nearly 2 weeks ago. The gentlemen I spoke with said he'd be out Tuesday. I took it to mean the following Tuesday. I still hadn't heard anything from him by Thursday. My boyfriend then tried calling with no luck. I then tried calling again the following Saturday and got voicemail and an automated text message. I also messaged as requested in the voicemail. Monday I went to the website and sent an email via the "contact us" option. I still haven't had any response at all! It might only be a few sporadic shingles but what happened to fixing the little problem before it becomes a big problem. Not enough money for this company?? I don't understand how this place has a 5 Star rating.

Originally called Clarksville Roofing and Windows; however, they've expanded and use Distinctive Roofing TN for their clients. The experience with Wes Marable was very professional and informative. Their quote came in similar to other, less organized entities and lower than other well-organized companies. Their roofing crew was very expedient and cleaned up everything very well (not for perfectionist ocd persons), but i found only 6 nails and 8 old caps hidden behind some junk i had against the house. Mind you, 14 pieces of old material from the entire roofing removal - that is awesome. Would I make the same decision again? Absolutely. Highly recommend Distinctive Roofing TN.

Worked with project manager Ernie. He was wonderful about returning calls, keeping us updated, and working with our expectations and budget. The company and workers were all very professional and efficient. Can't recommend them enough!

He was there to answer all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He had an awesome app that really made picking the color of our roof and gutters so easy. My husband and I contacted Clarksville Roof and Window to replace three windows in our home. From the time I scheduled the estimate until the job was complete, Jon was professional, friendly, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The day the windows were installed Jon came by the house to make sure everything was set and there weren't any issues. When I realized that some of our alarm window sensors had been thrown out with our old windows he even offered to pay for a full replacement! We are happy and very satisfied with the work done- highly recommend to anyone in the Clarksville/Nashville area. You won't be disappointed!
