They fixed a ridge vent for me, they did a great job! They didn't rip me off!

I recommended this company to my mother due to their ratings. After calling to get a quote, they scheduled a time/day, but they called and said they couldn't make it on that day. That was understandable...it happens. However, they couldn't make it back out for another week so we scheduled another time/day. This time they called the day before to confirm the appointment. We waited, but they never showed. When we called, the lady on the phone was not very professional and rude. These people do not respect people's time and are not very eager for business.

I can't believe I'm already posting a review about the work that I have done, because it was done so fast! So a couple days ago we had a storm come through and it blew some of my shingles off and I already knew I needed a new roof. So I call Beneficial Roofing to come look at it and they said it couldn't be repaired because the roof was too old and messed up. So they dealt with my insurance and was able to get things settled with them and came out the next day and replaced my roof in one day!!

These guys were quick to come out and quick to fix the job. Absolutely no complaints here.

I have used Beneficial Roofing more than once on my rental house in Crossville, TN. They are reliable and do awesome work. Any issues are settled instantly. They care about their clients. I am very pleased with them for roofing repairs.
