Thoroughly disappointed in the responsiveness of Team Roofing. They did not complete the work initially because their installer was shorted adequate screws to secure our metal roof. It took months to get them to send out a worker to finish the work and when I tried to pay them they would never return a call or answer their phone. Their invoice lacked a mailing address and when we clicked on the link to make a credit card payment there was no way to make a payment. It tells you a lot about a company when they are this inefficient. I fear what will happen if I ever have a problem with my roof. I'm waiting for them to call so I can pay them...……… and waiting...…. and waiting.

This company has called our place of business repeatedly, under the false pretense that they are checking to see if the roof has leaked since the repairs were made. Team Roofing has never done work on any of our buildings, so when I told the sales person that we had not had any repairs made, she immediately asked who she should speak with about providing some price quotes. I would NEVER hire a company that wasted my time with deceptive marketing schemes like this. Buyer beware!
