There representative, Justin Snow, was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of working with our insurance company and there Adjustor. Justin is very knowledgeable, professional and informative. He kept us informed daily on the stat of the project. If I ever have the need for another roof I will call MidSouth construction and ask for Justin.

I called Mid-South at the recommendation of a neighbor. The office staff was courteous and professional in setting up the house call. Jason came on time to give me a quote to fix a roof leak. He was friendly and professional. He found the problem quickly, showing me cell phone pictures of the unsealed vent pipe on the roof. His quote was reasonable, so I approved, and he fixed it on the spot. The whole process took less than an hour. Mid-South is on my home maintenance provider list from now on!

Midsouth construction came out and inspected my home after a hail storm in East Nashville. I was recommended them by my insurance agent who told me to have an inspection done to see if I had any damage. After the inspection they told me there was no damage and no need to file a claim. I’m only writing this review to let people know that they were honest, quick, and helpful. I worked with Curtis but the ladies in the office were extremely helpful as well!

Curtis was so professional and helpful. He made this process easy and took some of the stress away. Great company and awesome trustworthy employees. Recommend 10/10
