Recently had a leaking chimney and other companies were giving me 1-2 week lead times just for an estimate. I contacted TCS and they were able to get me estimate within the day. They also were able to get measurements taken within a couple business days, and have the job completed before the next big storm. Way before other companies would even come out for an estimate. I was in contact with James, and he communicated everything with me. I always knew what was going on, which I appreciated. They were able to work around my schedule and do the repairs without me having to be home. Extra bonus. Hopefully I don't need any repairs soon, but I will definitely call TCS if I do.
