if you make the mistake of letting this business do your roof, please for the love of god specify the warranty. they will shift blame to who ever they can to not take the blame on themselves. due to their sub par job my grandparents got mold in their roof and hod to have it replaced. then upon their own inspection said the mold was dirt. they of course were wrong. i would find another business if you need an adequate roofing job.
