Mr. Grant was recommended to us by a commercial property manager that currently works for Fletcher Bright Realty. We contacted Mr. Grant regarding our roof and its condition. He confirmed that it was time for a replacement as others had also done. However there were no pressure techniques and offers to help us make a claim against our insurance as other companies had done. Mr Grant's proposal showed what he would provide including a copy of his general contractor license and a host of references. In addition a sample selection of shingles. To finish we decided to us Mr. Grant for our roofiing replacement. They started of Friday and completed the roof on Saturday. The dumpster was gone on Monday just as Mr. Grant had said it would. I will and would recommend Don Grant Roofing to any and all those considering any of their roofing needs.

Don tore off and replaced our old roof. He was a delight to work with. He came up last fall and gave us an honest assessment of our roof, that we could wait another winter before replacing. He came back up this spring and confirmed the estimate again. Within 2 weeks the job was started, and completed in 2 days. Prompt response, fast install, and excellent customer service. Will absolutely recommend.

Nice enough guy, seemed very knowledgeable and honest, it's just a shame he wasn't willing to take responsibility for any damage his workers made if they busted through the ceiling. He said that would be a cost and repair I'd have to cover... so he was willing to lose a $12k job over being unwilling to cover damages his workers made, major red flag, if he doesn't have confidence in his own workers to cover their damages why should I? I should have been more suspicious when he asked me to personally get the building permit instead of him, there went $100.
