Buyer beware! Good pricing,but don't expect thorough service or returns for repairs. Compaints: #1 Installers do not replace or repair rotten wood on roof. Found multiples areas where rotten wood was left around edge of roof--no mention was ever made from company to me. #2 Roofers do not use new roof paper--only portions of existing paper if any at all. #3 Chimney started leaking after roofing install--found flashing was not repaired or caulked if needed--resulting in much damage to inside sheetrock--again no mention to me at time of install. #4 Found shingles cut too short on back of house resulting in water entering behind gutters and now I have soffitt issues that need to be addressed. #5 No mention of fascia boards needing replacement and gutters won't stay secure from this neglected item. #6 They do not respond to calls for repairs. Be prepared to be burned if you use this company.
