Alvaro Martinez has been so great... very professional and very polite. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof! Excellent company!!!
Chris Estep and Best Choice Roofing did an exceptional job on my house. Chris took me through the entire process explaining very carefully what all would be done. The General Manager of the company, he himself got on my roof and took pictures and videos for me to see the damage that had happened and exactly what they would do to replace it. The crew was excellent and even left things better than they found them. My yard was clean of all debris and they even straightened out some sagging gutters. Chris kept me informed through the whole process and never surprised me with any extra cost. He found more damage to my roof than initial and although more materials had to be purchased he worked with the insurance company and was able to get a brand new roof for me all in one day. They were the fastest cleanest crew I’ve ever seen. Chris Estep is an excellent person to work with. I never felt rushed through the process but anytime I had a question he was very quick to answer. I would recommend Chris Estep with Best Choice Roofing to anyone. He also put a new roof on my church and it looks great. If you are reading this review considering whether you should call, do it now!!!
The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Chris Estep helped with every step and ensured that we were taken care of. He assisted with the transactions, explanations and at many times, calming my nerves because this is such a large decision. The roof looks great and they came in, did what they needed to do, cleaned up and then were on their way. I highly recommend going with Best Choice for all of your roofing needs.
I've worked for BCR on and off for 5+ years. I've experienced highs and lows. The highs have come from helping customers get what they deserve from their insurance company and having a job well done by experienced crews while being over watched by experienced staff. The lows have come from watching inexperienced sales and claim representatives attempt to explain payments and process to niave customers that have not had experience with insurance claims. Dealing with homeowners insurance varies depending on the company and the mood of the personel of the insurance rep that comes to the site that day. BCR has the utmost intentions to assist its customers regarding their claim and issues. What gets lost is the understanding that there are somethings that insurance companies WILL NOT cover. Often those items are decking and the overall coverage of the replacement costs for the roof. A lot of times there is confusion regarding a customer's DEDUCTIBLE. It is a fact that 98% of the insured population does not understand that an INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOMEOWNER. This leads to confusion, disgruntled customers, and frustrated collections personnel. Fortunately BCR is respectable, honest, and transparent to a fault. They do partner with local roofers to complete projects and they oversee that work is done in accordance with standard practices and codes. Are they perfect? HELL NO! Will they respond and resolve issues? HELL YEAH!!!
BEWARE of Best Choice Roofing- they are Greedy Thieves- Two years after filing a claim and paid in full by my insurance company- they are billing me for almost $800 for God knows what… they sent my account to collections and they are trying to place a Lien on my property over a balance I do not owe. Even after filing a complaint with the BBB , they will not explain where this balance comes from. I have all the documentation to prove there was no balance after the work was done, but even the owner wouldn’t take responsibility or resolve this issue. I’m now taking them to small claims court.
