We really liked John, but he just wouldn't give us a DETAILED bill needed for our insurance claim. Without it, our insurance company won't pay for damages. Had I known in advance that he was going to be so resistant to providing us something the insurance company needed, I would have gone with another roofer. I don't understand why it's so difficult and his explanations were lacking.
