I had a tree fall on my house during some bad storms in the area at the end of April this year. Proceeded to contact the necessary ppl to begin filing my claim and to get the damages repaired. Got in contact with a great contractor but unfortunately he sub-contracted the roofing work out to these asshats. From day 1 I was told the roofing job would be done in 2 days max. They sent 2 ppl the first day and I was told by them that more ppl were coming in a couple of hours to get everything going. A couple of hours came and no one ever showed. When they left I was promised “oh we’ll be back tomorrow with full crew in tow and will get it knocked out.” Well wouldn’t u know that never came to pass. They made promise after promise everyday telling either my contractor or myself they would be at my house to do this or that and would arrive at a certain time only for them to a) be late and b) the work still wasnt getting done bc not enough ppl were being sent therefore causing the work to be pushed off until the next day. Not only that but the crew of ppl they sent were shady as hell and I caught them stealing the contractors supplies from outside my house and loading them onto their truck and driving away. (Yes I was able to get pictures of them in the act and forwarded them to my contractor). Only then was something done and the work was actually finished however that was only due to what I caught them doing. SO by the end of it a roofing job that should have only taken 2 days ended up taking an entire week or little over! This facility and owner Juan Perez, have no business calling themselves a company. They are an absolute disgrace to actual real, credible companies....so save yourself the trouble, time and money and go with someone else. ANYONE else. 🙄
