I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I met Mr ALFREDO QUINONES at a gas station by my home and he came over the VERY next day. I've only been a homeowner for 5 years and he explained the whole process very thoroughly. He had to fight the insurance company EVERY SINGLE STEP! NEVER GET QBE INSURANCE! NEVER. They are HORRIBLE! They dodge your calls and emails mysteriously disappear. They were also rude to myself and Mr.Quinones during emails and phone calls. But he was extremely patient and kept me updated with ALL communication between him and QBE. I was amazed at how he gave me copies of every piece of paperwork involved with my claim. The roofing crew is GREAT AT THEIR JOB! 👍 The crew came over, started early and finished my roof in ONE DAY! My water damage inside was painted and repaired also. NATIVE ROOFING also did unexpected things like painting my vent pipes to match my new roof and put up a very nice metal trim. IT LOOKS DAM GOOD!👍 I can't stop bragging on this company. I highly recommend these guys. I'm definitely calling them again if I'm in need of there service. Too bad they only have 5 stars on here. If I could, I'd give them 20 stars!
