This company installed our standing seam metal roof on our new construction house. It was sloppy from the beginning. Leaked from the beginning and has been trouble ever since. It started during the installation and continued to leak. I reached out to Dale the owner in good faith to have him come address the problems. He stated he would come check it out and did not. I was eventually given another company name by Dale. He told me that he was too busy to get to it in a timely fashion and he wasn't sure how much this new company charged. I found a new roofer and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars re-doing the installation correctly. It is not easy to write this review and I do not do so lightly. I do not have peace of mind with our roof, especially given the amount of rain we have had recently. It has caused lots of sheetrock damage and our house is not 2 years old. This is very unfortunate and I wish he stood by his work on our home. Very disappointing. I want to support local businesses. We are left with poor craftsmanship, poor follow up and someone that did not stand behind their work. Very unfortunate.
