This company is an absolute disgust. Was mislead all the way through my sale and received the absolute wrong product. Merchant would not offer any assistance or compromise to help solve the problem. Would not recommend anyone to even call and get a quote from them. Salesman was specifically told how to build the truss and the company still screwed up the order. Then they push the blame to me that I did not know what I was doing and did not know how to order a truss. My trusses were for a specific job and needed to be built a specific way. They would not send me blue prints on the product I was ordering. I also paid $850 to have them delivered, when it came time for delivery they told me I was required to be there to unload them and have a way to unload them. Absolute unprofessional company.
