I made arrangements with Avery three times to come out and inspect my roof and evaluate a leak. All three times he did not show up nor did he bother to call to say he couldn;t make it. Clearly customer service is not important.

They were very knowledgeable about my roof and how to repair. The came right out and fixed the same day as I called for a great price. We could not be happier with the service.
