Knowledge is key for me! Waldo fully explained the scope of work from start to finish. I liked the fact they gave updates during the process with pictures. No hidden costs in their bid. Before the work was started they let me know of possible issues they could find and how much it would cost. No second guessing. After the work was completed I received a full explanation of the why and how on certain parts of the roof. The office manager, Shelly, was extremely professional and friendly.
