Initially I was very impressed with this company. We were having a leak and couldn't get any contractors to return our phone calls. However, these guys not only came out the same day, but they fixed the minor repair free of charge. Fast forward a month or two and a few storms come through. With each bad storm we have damage to our roof. We call Torres-Boren and can't seem to get a call back. I would ultimately have to get on the line with the owner and he would then be able to motivate his team to reach back out to me. After a few storms we had an insurance adjuster come out and ultimately assess that we did not have a full roof claim on our hands. The adjuster recommended some things to us, which I relayed to the folks at Torres-Boren. TB responded with silence. After a week and a half I told TB that we would no longer be using their company because it was aggravating to have to harass them to get a call back. TB again met that with no response. The owner claimed that TB was different than other roofers because they take care of their customers even if they don't need a full roof replacement. From my experience it seems he operates with that mindset but the rest of his team does not. I started off very impressed with this company and am left feeling like they're no different than the others I couldn't get to return my calls.
